We watched "Groundhog Day" last night. I forgot how FUNNY that movie is! Plus, it has a really excellent arch for the main character. Afterward, Scott said he wished he knew just how long Phil Connors was in that hell and it got me thinking that whoever thought up the idea was pretty brilliant.
Haha! It had been so long since I watched it that I'd forgotten how many little details they throw in. Like the cameraman "Larry" leaving a big tip at the bar and then taking one of the bills back when the girl isn't looking. Stuff like that that rounds out the characters so well in a very short amount of time.
That groundhog has disappointed me too many times. HE CAN'T BE TRUSTED.
ReplyDeleteI'm with you. Let it be true.
ReplyDeleteIf it isn't true, I'm going to catch that little varmint and cook me up some groundhog stew. I predict it will be tasty.
