Family Reunions

Oh joy.

Oh no.

How fun.

How awful.

I love her.

I hate her.

Mom is great.

Mom is being unfair.

Yes!

No!

Hearts.

Spoons.

Cousins.

5 Kids.

15 Kids.

Grandpas.

Uncles.

On this journey we've traveled to two family reunions. As I get home I'll post how it really went. It could be great or it could be horrible. I am fortunate that they usually are fun. It's all in your exectations and attitude. . . hopefully I'll be sane in the end. :)

  1. You? In the sane end? What kind of family do you have?

Yeah, I don't find myself in the sane end either.

  2. I like my family reunions. Lots of crazies, but they all love you so it's all good.

  3. Nothing but family can evoke such a wide array of emotions... but like Arlene said, it comes down to love.

  4. The trouble/fun with both these family reunions is that there is no extended family. It is just our parents, siblings, in-laws, and neices and nephews. So everything is very close. There is none of that wonderful distance that you have with cousins and aunts and uncles.

But so far so good. The heat in TX is killing me. And it is making for very crabby kids. I'll tell all later. :)
